   Please type your company name exactly as it appears on your contracts (including capitals where necessary). If your company doesn’t have a name, or you’re a sole proprietor, please type your own name.

   Where possible, we do everything by email. We’ll only use your email address to keep in touch with you. And we won’t share it with anyone else. Ever.
5. Phone number

   Your home, business, or mobile number is fine. We won’t share it with anyone else, we promise.
6. Website address

   (If you have one, don’t worry if not.)
7. Please tell us more about what you do

   Describe your business and who you work with. It’s so we get an idea of who you’ll be referring to us.
